Terms of use

1. The service

NeuroLearn AI provides free, self-paced online courses and issues certificates of completion. It is an independent provider and not an accredited or regulated awarding body — see credential status, which forms part of these terms.

2. Cost

Everything is free. No payment is taken and no payment details are collected, now or at any point.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Forge, alter, or fabricate a certificate or certificate ID.
• Misrepresent what a certificate from this site means, including describing it as accredited or as a qualification.
• Take an assessment on someone else’s behalf, or have someone take one on yours.
• Attempt to disrupt the service, or automate requests at a rate that degrades it for others.

4. Certificates, revocation and correction

A certificate is issued only after a passing score. We may revoke a certificate where it was obtained dishonestly, issued in error, or is being misrepresented. A revoked certificate’s verification page will say so. We will tell the holder where we hold a means of contacting them.

We can correct a holder’s name without changing the certificate ID, so a link you have shared will not break. Write to credentials@neurolearnai.uk.

5. Intellectual property

Course content, the site and the certificate design remain the property of Md. Rajib Hawlader. You may use your own certificate freely — share it, print it, add it to a profile or CV — provided you do not alter it or misdescribe what it is. Course content is for personal learning; republishing it as your own is not permitted.

6. No warranty on outcomes

The courses are provided as they are. We do not warrant that the material is complete or error-free, that the service will be uninterrupted, or that any employer, institution or third party will recognise a certificate.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this free service. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

8. Availability and changes

This is a free service. It may change, be interrupted, or stop. If a certificate matters to you, download and keep a copy — do not rely on this site remaining available.

We may update these terms. Material changes will move the date above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
