We don't use cookies, and we don't show you a banner
Since that is unusual enough to look like an oversight, here is the reasoning.

What is stored on your device
One localStorage entry, neurolearn_user_progress_v1, holding your course progress, the name you entered, and any certificates you have earned. It never leaves your browser except when you claim a certificate, which publishes a record so it can be verified — see privacy.
Why there is no banner
PECR requires consent for storing information on your device unless it is strictly necessary for a service you asked for. Remembering which lessons you have completed is the service. There is nothing optional to consent to, so a banner would be a box to dismiss rather than a choice to make.
If we later add measurement, it will be a cookieless, non-fingerprinting tool, and this page will say so before it ships.
Clearing it
Clear site data for 'neurolearnai.uk' in your browser settings, or use Reset progress on your dashboard. Both permanently delete your progress; a certificate already issued keeps verifying, and can be removed by writing to privacy@neurolearnai.uk.
