Who writes the courses, who signs the certificates, and how the site is paid for.
Who runs it
NeuroLearn AI is built and maintained by a team of AI scientists and engineers.
Courses are credited to whoever wrote them, shown on each course page. Certificates carry a single signatory — Md. Rajib Hawlader, Principal AI Research Scientist, NeuroLearn AI Labs — because a signature attests that someone stands behind the award rather than crediting who taught it.
Until August 2026 this site presented four instructors: Dr. Elena Rostova, Marcus Vance, Prof. Julian Chen and Dr. Tariq Al-Mansoor, at institutions with equally invented names, illustrated with stock photographs of real people. None of them existed. They have been removed, and this page exists partly so that the correction is on the record rather than quietly buried in a commit.
What is here
4 self-paced courses and 18 lessons covering prompt engineering, autonomous agents, deep learning and AI safety. Each course ends in a timed assessment; pass it and you can download a certificate with a public verification page.
The courses are honest about their length. Where a stated duration appears, it reflects the material that is actually there.
How it is funded
It is not. There is no paywall, no advertising, no sponsorship, no upsell and nothing is sold. It runs on a free Cloudflare account and costs close to nothing to operate. Your data is not sold or shared for marketing — see the privacy policy, which describes what little is collected.
This has a consequence worth stating: a free service can change, move or stop. If your certificate matters to you, download the PNG or PDF and keep your own copy.
